Conficap acquires two well-known properties in Turku and Raisio
Conficap Oy acquires Torinkulma property in Turku and a property known as Lasikuutio (“Glass cube”) in Raisio. The sellers are Kai and Klaus Toivola.
The two centrally located properties are key landmarks of the city centers of Turku and Raisio. Both buildings are modern and in excellent condition. The Torinkulma property is located facing the Turku market square at Yliopistonkatu 17, and its total leasable area is 4 280 sqm. The Raisio Lasikuutio is centrally located in the center of Raisio at Raisiontori 1 A. The total leasable area is 1298 sqm. The contracts with tenants will continue normally.
With the purchase, Conficap returns to its roots in Finland Proper region. The family company’s history extends back to 1913, when businessman Alfred Onninen started plumbing contractor business in Turku.
