Conficap strengthens its ownership in Orthex
Conficap has increased its holding in Orthex Oyj, a producer of household products, with the sale of the remaining shares by Orthex’s former main owner, private equity investor Sponsor. As a result of the transaction, Conficap’s holding in Orthex will increase to 14% and its position as the company’s largest owner will be strengthened.

As a long-term cornerstone owner, we want to support Orthex’s growth and play our part in growing Finnish success stories,” says Maarit Toivanen, President and CEO of Conficap.
Conficap became Orthex Oyj’s largest shareholder in the spring of 2021, when it participated in the company’s listing.
