Petteri Puumalainen appointed as Real Estate Manager
Petteri Puumalainen (43) has been appointed as Real Estate Manager at Conficap Oy, starting from September 16, 2019. He will be responsible for managing and leasing Conficap’s logistics properties. In his role, Puumalainen will report to Atte Köykkä, Director, Real Estates.
Puumalainen will switch over to Conficap from its subsidiary Are Oy, where he has worked since 2003 as an Account Manager, HVAC expert, Service Manager and Maintenance Technician. Before starting at Are Oy, Puumalainen worked in property maintenance roles for, among others, ISS Facility Services and SOL Services.
“Are and its parent company, Conficap, offer long-term career opportunities, and as Real Estate Manager, I can benefit from my prior experience within the Group. During the last year, Conficap has invested heavily in the development of logistics and office properties. My role now will be to focus, in Tikkurila and Herttoniemi, on developing logistics properties and the leasing activities of vacant facilities,” says Puumalainen.
