Appointment News: Visa Heiskanen Joins Conficap as Commercial Property Manager
We are delighted to welcome Visa Heiskanen to Conficap! Visa began his role as Commercial Property Manager on April 1, 2025. He is responsible for the leasing of our properties as well as developing commercial partnerships with various stakeholders.
Visa brings over a decade of experience in real estate management and leasing. Prior to joining Conficap, he served as Head of Corporate Clients at SATO Oyj, where he was responsible for launching and developing the company’s corporate leasing business.
In the real estate industry, Visa is well known for his people-oriented approach, strong commercial insight, and ability to develop customer-centric leasing processes.
